This is the central government of Cainta. Located inside the Rosepack compound. It is a massive hall and beautiful architectural design from the outside. Here you can go to the Mayor for your concern, register your business, paying tax, and so much more. The place is so neat. Restroom is good, so clean and comfortable to use.
Went to get list of requirements regarding occupancy permit in Engineering office. Staff are accommodating and approachable.
They have flag ceremony every Monday has a lot of transactions on the same day. You must not plan to go there on the said day. People will assist you when are in need of directions on processing your concerns. People there are polite, helpful, servant hearted and works very well to serve all people there.

Staff are friendly and well aware of what to do and answer your queries. Facilities are nice and air conditioned but have issues with mosquitoes (lol). But overall, better experience than I had with Pasig Municipal Hall.
It was good experience. The people we meet are very friendly and accommodating to our inquiries. Mr. Marco of the Engineering department is very helpful in assisting us with our request for the copy of the approved plan of our house.

The Cainta Municipal Hall has always been my top one when it comes to being beautiful, ornate and should I say, legendary! I may sound bias as I grew up here but truth be told, this establishment will definitely make any Cainta native so proud as this is home to the Philippines' best LGU. The best days are now being experienced by the town but it could even get a lot better. The parking grounds are crammed but the enforcers are always attentive and accommodating. I miss those days where we could just freely stroll in its corridors and gaze at the sunset when viewing it from the top floor.
Clean and safe environment. You can do various stretching and there are some who does zumba dance. Breakfast are available too! They have stores on the side where you can buy other necessities.
Went to Cainta Municipal Hall with the fambam to get our Cash Assistance under d "NCR+ Financial Assistance Program" of Mayor Kit Nieto. We prepared ourselves for at least a two-hour wait, seeing all d people outside waiting. Then they announced that Seniors and PWDs can get inside and transact there. So we did go inside, me being an SC😁. It took us less than 10mins. From d time we presented our papers until we were handed d cash. What a pleasant experience. Kudos too to all d staff. They are so courteous & helpful (as always). So, that's it. Stay safe everyone. 🙏🏼😷
